Here are PFF staff best bets in Los Angeles Chargers–San Francisco 49ers on “Sunday Night Football” in Week 10:

Ben Brown: 49ers WR Jauan Jennings — Under 1.5 receptions (-115)

Bet Gameplan: Playable to -125

• In the 49ers' first full game with their full complement of offensive weapons, it’s safe to assume someone turns into an afterthought. The safest bet is Jauan Jennings, who hasn’t run a route on over 50% of dropbacks since Week 3. He hasn’t had over a 10% target share since Week 4 and very much looks game-script-dependent. In a spot where the 49ers are 7.5-point favorites, there is no longer enough passing volume in this offense for Jennings to see enough opportunities to go over this reception prop number.

Tej Seth: Chargers RB Austin Ekeler — Under 45.5 rush yards (-115)

Bet Gameplan: Playable to 42.5

• In the past two seasons, Austin Ekeler has averaged -0.08 rushing yards over expected, slightly below average. Where he has really struggled has been with his explosive run rate, rarely producing a rush over 10 RYOE. Explosive runs are the quickest way for a rushing-yard prop to go over yet there is a small chance he breaks off one in this game. Allowing a league-low 3.4 yards per carry, the Niners are PFF's 7th-graded run defense, defending against the Chargers' 31st-graded run-blocking group.

• The 49ers are among the most popular home fades in the NFL. Since 2017, HC Kyle Shanahan’s first season with the team, San Francisco is an astounding 8-17-1 ATS as a home favorite. Additionally, Los Angeles QB Justin Herbert is 7-3 ATS as a road underdog, and a perfect 3-0 ATS as a dog of greater than 6 points.
