Week 5 was long, but it came and went, with the majority of our futures attaining value as the week went by. Cleveland’s win against Indianapolis, along with Tennessee’s win against Buffalo, really helped our futures for those teams, and while Dak Prescott’s injury helped Philadelphia, this team is still a longshot to make the playoffs, and hence we found one futures bet with some real value post Week 5. First, a rundown of where we are (all prices per FanDuel Sportbook):

Yes, Prescott is a great quarterback. Yes, Andy Dalton’s best days are behind him, and no Tyron Smith or La’el Collins being out is not the best-case scenario for him moving forward in taking over this offense. That said, the Cowboys may very well have the best trio of wide receivers in the league, Kellen Moore is a top-five play-caller and per our power rankings tool, Dallas has the second-easiest schedule remaining (Philadelphia has the 16th).
