Our futures bet after Week 11
Cleveland Browns -245 to make the playoffs
In a week where the cupboard is bare (our simulations and the market are basically the same), this is a good bet — one we think should be priced at -330. The Browns have the eighth-easiest schedule remaining among NFL teams, with dates against the Jacksonville Jaguars and both New York teams. That equates to 10 wins If they hold serve in those three games, which should be more than enough to make it in a seven-team AFC playoff field. Additionally, the Browns get Pittsburgh in Week 17, a game in which the Steelers might be resting their starters.
