RB Ty Johnson, New York Jets, under 6.5 carries, 100
The Jets' backfield has evolved as the season has progressed. The Jets used all three of their running backs in Week 1, constantly rotating players in and out every couple of plays. They mostly used Tevin Coleman in rushing situations while Michael Carter was third on the depth chart, which is why Johnson led the trio in snaps. By the second game, the Jets mostly phased Coleman out of the offense while Johnson and Carter were used interchangeably, as both had 12 runs, 15 routes and seven blocks.
