WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants, under 2.5 receptions, 115
Slayton was an every-down starter in 2020, leading all Giants skill players in offensive snaps and routes run. Despite being the top man on the depth chart, he was held to two catches or fewer in four of the Giants' last six games of 2020.
New York tried to turn its weak point into a strength in 2021 by adding free agent Kenny Golladay and drafting Kadarius Toney, but it’s been a slow start for both, as neither was healthy enough to play in the preseason. Both receivers played in Week 1, reducing Slayton’s role to only being on the field for 33 of 43 pass plays. Thirty-two of those 33 routes came when the Giants were in 11 personnel.
