The time has come for the most anticipated games of the postseason — the 2021-22 College Football Playoff and New Year’s Six bowl games.
Betting lines have been posted on these games since the pairings have been announced, and they have moved in some instances, whether it be because of opt-outs, COVID-19 or the market collectively feeling like one side was undervalued. Despite all of that, there’s still plenty of value out there among the season’s top postseason games.
The following are my best bets for the College Football Playoff semifinals and the New Year’s Six bowls. Find PFF Greenline’s picks here.

PLAYSTATION FIESTA BOWL
No. 5 NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH vs No. 9 OKLAHOMA STATE COWBOYS
Saturday, Jan. 1 | 1 p.m. EST | ESPN
The Pick: Notre Dame -2.5
There is an unmeasurable component to Notre Dame playing with a little extra chip in the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, as Marcus Freeman makes his head coach debut, but either way the Irish are the better team. Offensive coordinator Tommy Rees made changes during the Week 7 bye to make the lives of quarterback Jack Coan and the offensive line significantly easier. There are far fewer true dropbacks in the play sheet and more play-action, run-pass options and screens.
For Oklahoma State, their defense has been the reason for their success, but they will be without their defensive coordinator Jim Knowles, who took the same job at Ohio State. He coach Mike Gundy said it’s been tough not having him in bowl preparation.
