Final Score

Seattle Seahawks 17, Oakland Raiders 15

Seattle Seahawks

Geno Smith and CJ Prosise flashed brilliance across small sample sizes. Smith had multiple highly graded throws, and Prosise forced multiple missed tackles on his five carries.

Paxton Lynch didn't have the night Geno had. He completed just one of his seven attempts for four yards and took a 10-yard sack. He likely played himself out of the No. 2 spot behind Russell Wilson.

Rookie Takeaways

Rookie Miami (Fla.) running back Travis Homer rushed for 42 yards across his seven carries, including a dynamic 27-yard scamper.

Oakland Raiders

Ethan Westbrooks has had a stellar preseason since joining the team this summer. He was easily Oakland's best defensive player against Seattle, making plays against the run and when rushing the passer.

Veteran linebacker Kyle Wilber, a forgotten member of this Raiders team signed last season, turned in a strong performance against Seattle. It may not be enough to earn a spot on the Raiders' 53-man roster, but other teams may be calling for his services soon.

Rookie Takeaways

Keelan Doss, an undrafted free agent out of UC Davis, didn't end his preseason on a good note, dropping multiple passes thrown his way.
