The Las Vegas Raiders sent interim head coach Antonio Pierce off with a 27-14 win over the Denver Broncos, and he put an exclamation point on a tenure that went a long way in making his case to remain as the full-time head coach.
Offensive spotlight: Broncos wideout Jerry Jeudy tallied three receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown to close out a rollercoaster of a 2023 campaign.
Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers notched three receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown, and he also added another score on the ground.
Defensive spotlight: Broncos edge defender Baron Browning continues to be productive on a snap-to-snap basis, with a sack and tackle for loss on the day. 2022 second-round pick Nik Bonitto also got home for a sack.
Malcolm Koonce capped off a very impressive second half of the season with yet another sack and two tackles for loss. Maxx Crosby matched that production, as Las Vegas got to Jarrett Stidham five times.
Rookie spotlight: Broncos rookie wideout Marvin Mims had one reception for 16 yards.
Raiders rookie wide receiver Trey Palmer recorded five receptions for 79 yards, with his long of 47 tied for the biggest play of the game.
