The Chicago Bears rode into Green Bay looking to play spoiler against their NFC North rivals, just like the Detroit Lions did last year in Week 18, but were completely flat and got dominated on both sides of the ball. The 17-9 score doesn't reflect just how lopsided this game truly was from start to finish. The Packers offense averaged 7.2 yards per play to Chicago’s 4.2, with the overall yardage disparity finishing at 432 to 192.

Offensive spotlight: Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore had four receptions for 64 yards, including a catch-and-run 33-yarder on a key third down that got Chicago from midfield into the red zone. The Bears would have to settle for the second of their three field goals in the game.

Packers quarterback Jordan Love was sensational, finishing 27-of-32 for 316 yards and two touchdowns, with several highlight-reel throws — including a laser to Jayden Reed on the game-sealing drive as Green Bay ran out the clock. Love wasn’t pressured a ton but made several throws off-platform or with different arm angles to manufacture throwing windows. Outside of a fumble on a scramble, he was almost perfect throughout.

Defensive spotlight: Chicago’s ascending defense, which had been playing great football in recent weeks, got pushed around all game long, barely pressured Jordan Love. And the secondary sat in soft zone while Love picked them apart. Linebackers Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards each had four defensive stops and eight solo tackles, leading all players.

The Packers' interior defensive line dominated up front, with Kenny Clark, Devonte Wyatt and Karl Brooks all recording multiple pressures and a sack.

Rookie spotlight: Bears rookie cornerback Tyrique Stevenson had an impressive pass breakup in the end zone, never quitting on the play when Romeo Doubs went up for a jump ball. Doubs had it secured until the last second, but Stevenson knocked it out. Later, Stevenson came up to make a play as Jordan Love scrambled, forcing a fumble around midfield that safety Jaquan Brisker recovered.

Packers rookie wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks had six receptions for 61 yards and two touchdowns, and Jayden Reed led all players in the game with 112 receiving yards on four grabs.
